与九月末将EB-5区域中心项目以及另外三个移民项目延期的持续决议案类似，本次持续决议案一旦通过，将使得上述移民项目再一次被原封不动地顺延至4月28日。在此期间立法机构对EB-5区域中心项目的延期不附带任何项目的政策变化。
我们预计此项持续决议案将会在本周晚些时候被众议院通过，之后也将被参议院通过。
在上周，行业领导、司法委员会的主席以及资深议员曾试图在最后时刻推出一个EB-5全面改革的草案。但最终似乎因为没有足够的时间无法达成共识。
之后的几个月非常重要，我们需要团结在一起努力促成EB-5项目的改革。我们将密切关注移民局极其可能在1月份推出的新规章。此外，也需要与即将新上任的行政机构在立法以及规章改革事项上一起合作。
