The GT EB-5 team recently filed a Form I-485, Application for Adjustment of Status for clients currently in the United States in F-status and with a pending Form I-526 pursuant to the concurrent filing rules introduced in the Reform and Integrity Act of 2022. The I-485 applications were approved in only two months, much faster than posted government processing times. The clients, who have not been able to work in the United States in their current status, are thrilled to have received their green cards so quickly.
