Greenberg Traurig EB-5 Attorney Kate Kalmykov has co-authored a chapter in the 2014 American Immigration Lawyers (AILA) Midyear/Winter CLE Conference Strategies in Advising and Processing Entrepreneur & Investor Visas Handbook. The chapter entitled “Current Issues in Stand-Alone and Regional Center-Based EB-5 Petitions” was co-authored with Nicolai Hinrichsen and Bernard Wolfsdorf, and examines both stand-alone and regional center-based EB-5 applications and explore which is most suitable for investors and how to meet the requirements for each option.
The handbook was recently published in connection with the AILA annual conference, and is available to members via AILA InfoNet.
