The USCIS has moved the Guangzhou field office to the new U.S. Consulate General facility in the Zhujiang New Town area. Beginning today, all USCIS will be provided at this location. The exact address is as follows:

It has yet to be seen whether this will improve processing times for EB-5 investors who will apply for consular processing in Guangzhou.
