Cynthia (Cindy) Scribe is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law and has counseled employers and individuals on complex employment-based and investment-based immigration processes for over 21 years. She is based in the San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s immigration and compliance practice group. Cindy advises her clients on immigration strategy and planning to address their workforce needs. She has broad experience in treaty-based immigration processes as well as visas based on extraordinary ability, professional and specialty employment visas and intra-company transfer matters. Cindy also represents clients with permanent residence processes. She handles a diverse range of corporate immigration matters advising start-up companies through major global corporations in several industries including but not limited to information technology, advertising and brand management, construction, off-shore wind power, industrial production, architecture and design as well as consulting and corporate strategy.
