Greenberg Traurig attorney Kate Kalmykov recently presented at The Real Deal’s U.S. Real Estate Showcase & Forum in Shanghai. This was The Real Deal’s first event in Shanghai, and it brought together over 6,000 participants interested in learning more about the EB-5 program. The panelists provided insight to Chinese residential and commercial investors on the U.S. real estate markets. The panel on which Kalmykov spoke focused on EB-5 financing. With many well-known real estate and legal professionals presenting, the event was reported to be very successful.
